Vienna’s Wiener Stadthalle: Belgium’s first rehearsal.

Belgium represented by Loïc Nottet was the third country to make it’s first rehearsal today. The stage background is simplistic, featuring black and white stripes across the LED screens. Five backing vocalists appear with Loïc on the Eurovision stage, all of whom wear white clothing whilst Loïc stands out wearing black.
